No Pictures This Time

I just thought I would get that off my chest so that I would not feel guilty for those of you that only check the blog for photos of people in my family other than me, haha. I have been however wanting to write about the New Year and the reality of what a great year we had in 2010.

Rach and the girls are doing great, as am I (at least no one has told me any different). It's crazy how old I feel at times being a dad of 3 girls, but what amazing joy. They are growing so fast, learning so much, making us laugh, shake our heads and realize how blessed we really are. It's unreal that we have a 2nd grader, preschooler and one that never stops moving (just dessert by my mother's standards).

I am still at New Hope and but am no longer in youth ministry. I serve as one of the Assistant Pastors at the church, we have been without a senior pastor for over a year now. We have a great team here at the church and I enjoy working with them. Rach works part time for a lawyer out of the house (dictation and other tasks) which has been great for flexibility and life.

We spent time with family this summer and had some amazing times at the Holidays with family (Thanksgiving in Minnesota/Christmas in South Dakota) as well. I have to admit when summer comes my way and not heading to youth camp, I am not sure how that will all play out, but all good things must come to an end.

God has been good and He is so faithful. What a blessing to have friends, family and new people that have been brought into our lives this last year. We look forward to what is in store for 2011, trusting and relying on the one who holds the future. We pray you guys are doing well and hope to see you this next year.
